Georgia Force Assistance Brigade South

GFAB South is the operational headquarters for south Georgia.

GFAB South supports various Georgia Army National Guard units across its area of responsibility, including the 1177th Transportation Company in LaGrange, 1/54th SFAB at Fort Moore, multiple companies of the 2-121st Infantry Regiment at various armories across the state. GFAB South also supports the Georgia Marksmanship Unit at Fort Stewart. GFAB South supports additional units not listed above, upon request and approval.
